Walk-in visits are always welcome. However, due to high demand, we recommend making an appointment in advance, including for jewellery changes. This helps you avoid waiting times and ensures that we can accommodate your visit. If you need an appointment outside our regular opening hours, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
